Noel Gallagher, the guitarist and singer from Oasis, has confessed that the comparison between his former band and The Beatles bothered him.
According to the now-solo artist: “When Oasis started, we were so big we were compared to them size-wise and musically, embarrassingly, compared to them as well. (It’s embarrassing) because we weren’t as good as them.”
Meanwhile, Noel stated that The Beatles continue to impact him and that they dominate his listening.
