Glastonbury enthusiasts, prepare to be dazzled! Co-organiser Emily Eavis has recently dropped a tantalizing hint that the Queen of Pop herself, Madonna, could be gracing the iconic Pyramid Stage at the 2024 edition of the world-famous music festival.

In a podcast appearance on ‘Sidetracked with Annie and Nick’ alongside hosts Annie Mac and Nick Grimshaw, Emily Eavis let slip some exciting news. The festival’s artist booker has been working diligently to secure a headline act that’s bound to leave the world in awe, and it seems they’ve set their sights on a “really big American artist” to rule the Pyramid Stage at Worthy Farm next summer.

Eavis, who is known for her pivotal role in curating Glastonbury’s stellar lineups, shared her excitement during the podcast interview: “I thought it was kind of taking shape, and then last week I just got a call, and this is what happens if you wait a little longer, because quite often we’ll be booked up from July. But this year we’re holding out for a little bit longer.”
