Tame Impala’s Kevin Parker has reportedly sold his entire music catalog to Sony Music Publishing. This catalog covers Parker’s highly-praised work with Tame Impala as well as his songwriting contributions for chart-topping artists such as Dua Lipa, Rihanna, and Travis Scott. Additionally, the deal also includes any future projects Parker may undertake.

Parker’s influence has been felt in both the indie and mainstream music scenes. Recently, he has expanded his collaborative portfolio by working with artists like Justice and Thundercat. Also, he made an appearance on Barbie The Album this past summer.

Speaking about the sale, Parker said, “The idea of passing on ownership of my songs is one that I don’t think about very lightly, at all. They are the fruit of my blood, sweat and creativity over all the years I’ve been a recording artist and songwriter so far.”
