In a thrilling comeback that’s sure to send waves of nostalgia through fans of the early 2000s punk-rock scene, the classic trio of Blink-182 has announced their ninth studio album, “One More Time.” This marks the first full-length album featuring Mark Hoppus, Tom DeLonge, and Travis Barker since 2011’s “Neighborhoods.”
Scheduled for release on October 20th, 2023, via Columbia Records, “One More Time” promises to deliver that signature Blink-182 sound that captivated fans for years. Excitement is soaring as the band drops the title track from the album this Thursday, giving a sneak peek into what’s to come.
In a teaser trailer released on Monday, drummer extraordinaire Travis Barker, who also serves as the album’s producer, provided some insight into the inspiration behind “One More Time.” He explained, “On the album, ‘One More Time’ is written about ‘why does it take these catastrophes like me being in a plane crash or Mark being sick for our band to get back together.'”
