In a recent interview with Variety, 20-year-old pop sensation Olivia Rodrigo opened up about her unique approach to maintaining her mental health. The “Good 4 U” singer revealed that she has been dedicated to writing a song every day, emphasizing the therapeutic nature of the creative process.

Rodrigo, who dropped her highly acclaimed second album, ‘GUTS,’ in September, shared that the album’s creation was a testing journey that challenged her confidence and patience. Despite the hurdles, the young artist has found solace in the daily ritual of songwriting.

“These days, I try to write one song every day. I just feel like myself when I’m writing,” Rodrigo expressed. “If I don’t do it, I get depressed. I’m just writing songs to process what’s going on, whether in my personal life or in my perception of the world.”
